Product details
The role of the PLC-controlled system is to power skid-mounted fueling stations and ensure their safe operation. The system primarily includes distribution cabinets, variable frequency drives, UPS power supplies, power circuits, control cabinets, and an IC card fueling and billing system (including billing computers). The electrical auto-control part is located in the control room within the station.
The system primarily manages and monitors storage tanks, cryogenic pumps, internal process valves, and fuel dispensers. It handles the collection, control, display, and alarm of various processes such as unloading, storage, pressure regulation, and fueling. Additionally, it features functions for parameter queries, historical record searches, and report printing. It also monitors the safety status of the gas station, with leak alarm instruments and other monitoring devices to promptly detect and alert any leakage, and to shut down emergency cutoff valves in response.
The system comprises temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, level meters, solenoid valves, PLCs, industrial computers, and other equipment.
