Product details
An LNG/L-CNG fueling station is a joint facility that combines both LNG and L-CNG fueling stations. It is specifically designed for refueling both LNG storage cylinders and CNG storage cylinders.
System and Equipment:
The system includes equipment such as the LNG storage system, LNG cryogenic high-pressure pumps, vaporization system, high-pressure bottle groups, and CNG dispensers.
Process Overview:
The process utilizes an LNG cryogenic high-pressure pump to pressurize LNG to 25.0 MPa, converting low pressure to high pressure. The control and operation of the LNG boost pump, including overpressure stop, low-pressure pump start, and fluid metering, are automatically managed by the control console. High-pressure forced vaporizers absorb thermal energy from the air to heat and vaporize LNG, converting it into high-pressure natural gas (CNG). This transforms the LNG from a low temperature to ambient temperature. The gas is then stored and dispensed through a sequential control panel. This process does not use a natural gas compressor, only employing a low-power, high-pressure cryogenic pump without the need for cooling water, thus significantly reducing noise pollution and saving a considerable amount of electricity.
Direct Refueling for LNG Storage Cylinders:
The pressurized LNG can also be directly used to fill LNG storage cylinders through pressure adjustment, metering, and the fueling machine.
